Summer Mindset Refresher

Service Description

We are more than halfway through the year and it's time to refresh our minds in order to finish strong. Whatever the goal is, the right mindset can push you closer to it. This service does require a 8 session commitment. Each one-hour virtual session will focus on assisting you with attaining a mindset that will support progress and self-awareness. Each session will build upon the last ensuring accountability and productivity. Homework assignments will be given and journaling will be strongly emphasized. Let's get refreshed!!
